Yacht Rental Terms and Conditions

Our yacht rental service is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. To ensure your rental process is smooth and enjoyable, we offer the following terms and conditions:

Advance Payment Procedures

Dear customer, we cannot process any transactions without an advance payment in our yacht rental service. Per our agreement with yacht owners, we are required to pay half of the yacht rental fee to the owner if the cancellation occurs within the last 24 hours before the rental date. Therefore, we collect a reasonable security deposit of 20% of the yacht rental fee as an advance payment.

If you cancel your yacht rental 24 hours before the rental date, we will fully refund your advance payment. However, if you cancel on the day of the rental and we manage to find another customer for the vacated slot, we will refund your advance payment. Please remember, if we cannot fill your slot, we cannot refund the advance payment.

Methods of Advance Payment

You should make the advance payment once your reservation is confirmed. You can pay the deposit in four different ways:

1. Visiting Our Offices: You can make an advance payment by visiting our offices in Alanya, Side, and Belek.
2. To Our Staff at Your Hotel: Alternatively, we can send a staff member to your hotel or residence. You can make the advance payment to our staff.
3. On the Yacht: If you prefer, you can also make the advance payment directly on the yacht. This also gives you the opportunity to see the yacht you are renting.
4. By Bank Transfer: You can transfer the payment to the IBAN number we provide. If you are making the payment from non-Turkish banks, you will need a SWIFT or BIC code. Additionally, international transfers may take 3-4 days to reach our account.
5. By Credit Card: You can use the payment link we send to make the deposit with a credit card.

Documentation of Advance Payment

If our staff visits your address or you make the payment at our office, we will provide you with a document confirming the receipt of the advance payment.

We will send an email after each payment method to confirm that we have received the payment.

If you use a chat application such as WhatsApp or Telegram, we will send a message confirming receipt of the payment after each payment method.

You can track all details of the payment process via the reservation number provided on our website, and you can print it if you wish.

Process After Advance Payment

You must pay the remaining yacht rental fee in cash upon your arrival at the yacht.

Cancellation Conditions

We aim to offer maximum flexibility and support in the event of cancellations.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the rental date, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
• If you cancel within the last 24 hours before the rental day, we will attempt to fill the vacant time slot. If we find a new customer, your advance payment will be refunded. However, if we cannot fill your spot, the advance payment will be transferred to the yacht owner. Rest assured, we make every effort to prevent any inconvenience to our customers.

Changing the Rental Date

Life can present unexpected situations. Illness, emergencies, or other valid reasons might necessitate changing your rental date. In such cases, you can change your rental date by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled day. Changes requested even one day before the rental are also highly likely to be accepted. We prioritize preventing any inconvenience to our customers.

Round-Trip Transfer Services

If desired, you can take advantage of our VIP transfer services for your journey to and from the yacht.

All our vehicles are at least 2020 models, including spacious passenger cars like the Mercedes Vito or Volkswagen Crafter.

We do not use standard passenger cars or taxis for our transfer service.

While our transfer vehicles offer high comfort and luxury, our prices are reasonable and often more economical than taxi fares. Please provide your address or the name of your hotel to our staff for pricing information.

We can provide transfer services before or after your yacht rental has begun. Some of our customers prefer to spend time in the city center after their yacht trip. For instance, we can pick you up from the yacht trip three hours after it ends at no additional charge.
